We offer fully arranged Vespa teambuilding activities – ideal for corporate outings, staff days, or company events. Ride together with your colleagues along scenic Vespa routes through charming villages, peaceful polders, and picturesque landscapes. Departing from Oostduinkerke, your team sets off on stylish scooters.
Along the way, there are cozy stops for lunch, a tasting, coffee, or a short group activity.
Our Vespa teambuilding tours promote relaxation, strengthen cooperation, and boost team spirit – exactly what you want from a successful outing.
Our Vespas are safe and easy to ride. We provide clear instructions, a well-planned route, and guidance where needed – hassle-free.
At the moment, we can organize team building events for up to 35 Vespas.

Included: fuel (no need to refuel yourself), helmet, third-party liability insurance, and one GPS with pre-mapped routes
Half day – (9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. or 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.)
¾ Day (from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., or 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.)
Full day (10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.)
Extra’s
- Extra passenger €25.00 (dual riding with a maximum combined weight of 150 kg)
- Child seat for ages 3 to 7 = free.
Security Deposit & Own Damage Insurance
Vespa Protect (VES – Own Damage Insurance) – €30 per Vespa (most chosen)
- 1. No security deposit required.
- 2. The €30 fee is not refunded after a damage-free ride.
- 3. Covers own damage up to €500.
- 4. If the damage exceeds €500, the renter only pays the difference.
Here is the English version, as requested: **Vespa Protect Premium (VES – Own Damage Insurance) – €40 per Vespa**
- 1. No security deposit required.
- 2. The €40 fee is not refunded after a damage-free ride.
- 3. Covers own damage up to €750.
- 4. If the damage exceeds €750, the renter only pays the difference.
Security deposit €300 per Vespa, from 3 Vespas onward €250 each
- 1. **Refunded after a damage-free ride within five working days.**
- 2. **In case of damage, the vehicle is delivered to our certified Vespa dealer, who prepares a repair estimate. If the repair cost is lower than the deposit, the remaining amount will be refunded. If the repair cost exceeds the deposit, the difference will be charged to the renter.**
Reamrk
- Neither the Vespa Protect (VES insurance) nor the security deposit covers disappearance/theft or total loss of the rented vehicle. In such cases, the renter remains fully responsible for all costs and/or damages, and Kiki’s Vespa Tours reserves the right to charge the full residual value to the renter.
- Examples of own damage: the Vespa tips over, slips in a corner, or becomes damaged without the involvement of third parties.

What’s included:
Deluxe sandwiches, a small bottle of wine or cava, still or sparkling water, a soft drink of your choice, and a sweet treat.
Please note: Picnic baskets must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance.
